Add Slides To Your Presentation
When you click on Add Slides from the Presentation Editor it will bring up the following menu:

Add Multiple Slides As Foreground Images - This allows you to select multiple image sources (pictures and movies) at one time and add them to your presentation. The slide description for each slide will be set to the name of the image file. After the slides are added to your presentation, you can click on the "Properties" button and change the other properties of each slide.
Add 1 Slide And Set All Properties For This Slide - This allows you to add a single image or movie and then immediately edit the properties for this new slide.
Add Empty Slides - This allows you to add empty slides to your presentation and then edit them at a later time. You can input the number of empty slides to add to your presentation.
Next - Click on this button to continue to the image selection screen.
Cancel - Click on cancel to exit.
Image Selection

If you are adding multiple slides or individual slides, you will be presented with the above screen which allows you to browse your storage media and select images to use in your presentation.
Note: Presentation Publisher uses links to the original image files. It does not copy over the images. (When publishing a presentation, it does however pull those images from their original locations so they can be published.)
A) Folder Selection - This is where you select the folder on your storage media to browse for pictures and video files.
B) File List - This is a list of picture and video files found in the folder currently selected. You can double click on a file name or click on "Preview Image File" to view the image in the preview window.
C) File Type - Here you can choose to browse picture and video files, picture files only or movie files only.
D) Preview Window - This is the preview window where the selected image can be previewed.
E) Menu Buttons
Add Selected Files Only - This will add only the files that are currently selected in the file list.
Add All Files - This will add all of the image files currently displayed in the file list.
Cancel - This allows you to exit this screen without adding any image files.
