Adding Background Music To Your Presentation
Each presentation can have a selection of music files that play in the background of the presentation.
Note: The audio system can only play one time of file format at a time, so please try to remember to not have an individual slide play an audio file that is the same audio format as the background music.
A) Folder - This is the selected folder to browse for music files from your system.
B) File List - This is a list of music files found in the selected folder. You can select multiple files to include in your presentation.
C) Menu Buttons
Add Selected Files Only - Add only the highlighted music files.
Add All Files - Add all of the music files located in the selected folder.
D) List Of Music Files - This is a list of the music files selected to play during the presentation.
Remove Selected Music File(s) - This will remove the selected music files from your music list.
E) Play Files In A Random Order - When checked this will cause the presentation to play the music files in a random order.
Click on OK to exit the music selection screen.
