1 - Calendar The calendar is used to display the agenda for different days of the year. To change the day the agenda is displaying, select a different day on the calendar. For easy navigation through the year you can do one of the following: Use the 'Last Month' and 'Next Month' buttons below the calendar. Right-click on the calendar and choose from the options in the pop-up menu. Use the month and year drop-down lists at the top of the calendar. Use the 'Navigate' menu at the top of the screen. The following is a list of the different colours seen on the calendar, and what they mean: Green Background - The current day of the year. Blue Background - The day of the year you have selected. (If you have selected the current day of the year on the calendar, the background colour will remain green) Red Text - Indicates there is a task on this day. 2 - Agenda The agenda displays tasks to be completed on the selected day. For more help using the to-do list, click here. 4 - Buttons These buttons (in the rectangle) are a quick way to open other functions of Influx Organizer.
