THE PLAYBACK STATUS DISPLAY

The area in the upper right corner of the Playlist Editor contains the Playback Status display. This area shows you the playback status of the currently displayed playlist:

“Track” – The number of the current track (the track currently highlighted in and/or playing back from the Playlist Detail.)

“Time” – A real-time display showing the current position or elapsed time of the current track as it is playing back or paused.  If the playback engine is stopped, the track will reset to the beginning, and the elapsed time will read “0:00”.

“Track Progress” bar – The upper of two “progress bars” is a graphic display indicating the relative position of the playback of the current track. When this bar fills up all the way to the right, the track has completed playback.

“Playlist Progress” bar – The lower of the two “progress bars” is a graphic display indicating the relative position of the playback of the entire playlist. When this bar fills up all the way to the right, the playlist has completed playback. When the player is stopped, this bar will show the position of the beginning of the currently highlighted track.
