THE "USER DB RECONCILIATION" ACCESS TOOL This box located
in the upper right-hand corner of the “Tools/Preferences” menu
provides information about, and access to, Harbor’s Reconcile Database
tool.
The button labeled “Reconcile Database” will launch the Reconcile Database tool when clicked. If the number of orphan records is “0” (zero), this button will be grayed out and disabled. |
The
read-only field “# of orphan records” indicates the number of
orphaned user database records found the last time Harbor’s system
inventory was updated.
