SUPPORTED WAVEFORM EDITORS The methods Harbor uses for launching waveform editors and for auto-loading audio files into them are very common, and have been tested to work with many of the top professional audio file editor programs. Any truly Windows-compatible program should launch just fine from Harbor. The only caveat here is the amount of free memory your computer has -- is there enough left to launch another application -- but that is a system resource problem that would exist with or without Harbor's help. If you do happen to run out of resources, it is most likely because you have too many application open at one time. Just close another app or two, and everything should be fine. Any editor program that can accept an audio file name as a "command line argument" will be fully compatible with Harbor's ability to automatically load audio files into the editor. Check the documentation or support center for your favorite waveform editor to see if it has this abaility. Here is a partial list of tested
