The configuration file TeleonConfiguration.txt has an entry AllowIPtoPhone, it must be set to Y: AllowIPtoPhone=Y.
The caller should send a Skype chat message "atd xxxxxxxx" before making a Skype call, or make a Skype call first and then send a Skype chat message "atd xxxxxxxx" before the callee answered the Skype call. Where xxxxxxxx is the remote PSTN phone number.

Caution
The forwarded PSTN phone number cannot be 911, any number starting with 0 or 1.

If you correctly set the above data up, when a call reaches your phone line which is supposedly connected to your Teleon Gateway card's line port, it will be answered after a number of rings. After answered, a confirmation tone "Di...Di" will be sent out, prompt you to dial an abbreviated number. This number should be preset in the TeleonConfiguration.txt.
Please note that you need dial abbreviated number plus #, for example, 22#, 33#, etc.
